30-Day Unused Product Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day unconditional return policy for unused and unopened products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of receiving your item, you may return it to us for a full refund.
Conditions:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Items that do not meet return conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.
Excluded Items: Due to hygiene and product nature, opened or used items, pre-filled pods, e-liquids, and e-juice are non-returnable.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee—3 Days
We offer a 72-hour DOA guarantee for the following scenarios:
Disposable kits or devices with e-liquid leakage
Cracked glass, damaged screens
The device arrives damaged
Non-functional upon first use (e.g., not charging, leaking atomizer)
To claim the DOA warranty, please contact us at service@vapeauras.com within 72 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Product name and SKU
Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Description of the problem and any attempted solutions
3-Month Limited Warranty (Hardware Only)
Most devices and batteries are covered by a 3-month limited warranty from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
Consumable items: coils, pods, e-liquids, disposable vapes, drip tips, glass tubes, O-rings, tools, etc.
User-caused damage: water damage, accidental drops, misuse, incorrect charging, etc.
Loss or theft of device
Intentional damage or modification
Wear and tear through regular usage
Warranty claims without valid proof (e.g., serial number, photos, or videos) may be denied.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if:
The item is defective upon arrival
The received item is damaged
Received item is incorrect or not as described
Requirements for exchange (within 48 hours of delivery):
Order number
Product name and SKU
Serial number
Description of the issue and any troubleshooting attempted
Photos or videos showing the defect
Note: Without sufficient photo or video evidence, we reserve the right to decline exchange or refund requests.
Missing Items from Shipment
In rare cases, items may be shipped separately due to warehouse logistics. If any item is missing:
Check shipping confirmation and packaging
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide:

Name and SKU of missing item
Clear photos of outer packaging, shipping label, and received contents
Possible Resolutions:
We will resend the missing item free of charge within the warranty period
Or issue a refund if the item is out of stock
